Methord is totally illegeal and is one of the most perfect examples of a crow hope I've ever seen. I'm both a pitcher and an umpire. I'd call this (though I'd try to get away with it as a pitcher) Jenny Finch dosen't pitch this, her back foot is always dragging. She's doing her girls a big disservice.

would you people chill out? shes is leaping and yes the way she does it is illegal, but when a pitcher puts the whole thing together, both of their feet will stay in contact with the ground. I use this method and it is perfectally legal. It becomes illegal when a pitcher lifts their foot off the ground in the drag. This method is legal.

i have to agre with erikachatard00. you're probably not snapping your wrist, which is why your hits are oing out. i hav the same problem, but my coach uses a mehtod where he rolls up a bunch of socks, and has us do a typical volleyball approach while throwing a sock onto a court. that motion requires that wrist snap that people need to really spike a ball and keep it in. it doesn't hav to be socks either. tennis balls work just as well too.

I think she is turning her hip(left)too much toward the net to where she is pependicular to the net when she jumps. A hitter would have less room for adjustment or varying the hits with this approach, need to be more at an angle.

It takes a lot of practice. Get a ball and hit it down at the wall over and over. Practice snapping your wrist down every time you spike it down at towards the wall. Once you get the wrist snap you will start hitting the ball down inside the court when you are spiking!

You gotta understand first of all. if you're not serious, dont do it. Wrestling is the hardest goddamn thing ive ever done in my life. bar none. and you're a girl. Typically there are two types of girl wrestlers. ones that get pinned every match, and ones that kick boys asses. you wanna get your hand raised ? work hard,. pay attention in practice. thats about it. You want an example, look up ashley hudson, the first girl to win a match at State in missouri in High School. Good luck.

Sure you can beat a Karate guy, you just have to know a little bit of standup fighting (punches, kicks, etc.). The one guy that a wrestler will have lots of trouble beating is a Brazilian Jujitsu practitioner.

Why the poor sportsmanship apparently from the MD Express? Isn't that a bit petty, since you weren't even in the final game? (From others I spoke with, maybe too many dads on their coaching staff?) To really appreciate what a good base can do, have your hitters hit in there stocking feet on a gym floor and watch the adjustments they make to optimize their balance and power.
