U got it all wrong! 1.U need protein powder(75% and over protein)milk or whey. 2.Vitamins & Minerals 3.Glutamine 4.Creatine + dextroze All other supl. are just marketing....most are sugar and some substance that have nothing to do with ure mass building. U need 2 eat a minimum equiv. to 500 g of meet(chiken / fish) + 6 eggs and 1/2l of milk...or other combination to reach like 100g protein from ure food and the rest till 170g of protein take it from ure shake. *for a 75kg leen mass pers

i didnt mean creatine itself builds the muscle dumbass. fuck off people try to always scare kids away from supplements "oh its a completely safe sup and theres no problems but your young dont take it!" fuck it its my goddam choice who the hell cares. i do eat a proper pre workout meal. i eat 6 meals a day and am in the gym 5-6 times a week and i know all about splits and how to train right and all the different muscles and how to train each one differently etc etc etc the list goes on

false. true some of the weight gained at first is water weight, but it builds muscle despite what you think studies have proven it. no my max was not motivational i usually gained 5lbs on it every 2-3 weeks, when on creatine i was gaining that every week then the gains plateaud. so i went off it and never lost any strength and went back on and my gains skyrocketed again. the myth that you lose your gains when you go off it is not true. cycling with it is good for you and your budget

the weight gain is due to water retension nothing else mate! around half the weight put on ur bench 1RM is motivational and the other yes is due to the creatine but if you ate a proper pre-workout meal you could get the same level of strengh, and when you stop the cycle of creatine you will lose the strengh gained...so all in all not a great product, but if u wuna use it fair enough...

To sustain what was then a 3-4 hour workout routine the (Natural Way)would have been impossible.I would have been eating more than working out &, the time it would have taken for my body to digest the food for energy it would have been point less.And no I'm not sponsored,sum people spend money on video games & other items I spend mine on supps.Thanks for the comment & your veiw point.B-Gump

I lift in the AAPF/APF. I started taking supplements in may, I am on MuscleRX, Creakic, Gakic, L-Carnetine, X Factor, Beta-Alanine, Betasine, Ammino Acids, Nitrix, N.O Xplode, Nano Vapor, Anabolic Halo, Cell Mass, Egg white protien, Pro NOS, and Cassine. With in 4 months my bench went from 310 to 470, squat 530-660, and deadlift 400 to 501. Not on steriods AAPF is tested all it takes is hard work and i quess supplements
