I'm on the 4th level, but I also will use Immrama Insight (Awakened Minds) which seems a little more mellow - but maybe not as strong(?). It supposedly uses harmonic binaurals and doesn't need levels. Ever try it?

A TOTAL OUTCAST!!!, Yea sure I honestly feel that in my case I really cannot cope with psychiatry I feel there are just crooks trying to make you believe you belong being addict to pills to control your and gain "sanity", I rather be insane and totally happy everymoment, than "sane" and have a boring life. So yes thanks for bringing that up, I'm a total outcast, we all go up and down there are no bipolar's that is just my reality, cheers!

No, I am not a bipolar. I just guessed you might be just a little. It is just your body language and your voice. A lot of times, I look at people's face and can guess their origin or something about them. It was just a guess. I knew someone who was a bipolar and you kind of reminded me of him. The other thing, people like us who are seeking help through meditation, we have been through some ups and downs in life. I feel like an outcast a lot. I don't know about you???

Bipolar?, how funny that you mentioned that, during purification 1 I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, had some trouble dealing with it, thanks to the oneness blessing I was completely cured of all that, I believe bipolar originates from a neurological balance that can be corrected though the correct practice and can lead to a great spiritual realization, as with many other things thanks for asking

I meditate using Holosync for about 8 months now and have to admit it does work for me!If anybody had problems due to constant "restlessness" before, believe me that was me.Since I meditate regularly not only have i become more at peace with myself and the world in general but the inner bliss has miraculously been reflected in other ways too:incredible memory improvements, learning zest, LIFE zest, a better enjoyment of pleasures, increased creativity(started painting recently)etc.etc. Thanks!

Have you tried holosync meditation and didn't like it, or any other form of meditation and u couldn't do it or didn't like it?

Basically HH accesses deep states of consciousness, but for spiritual practice itself I tend to use only meditation.

If you mean HH as in holosync. I think holosync is productive - it accesses some of the states only a skilled meditator can access. But holosync can only be a partial substitute to spiritual practice. I do something similar to holosync an it doesn't create addicton - I forget to meditate just as much as I forget to do binaural beats. For me binaural beats are good for antidepression and meditation is better for spiriutal practice, but these two support each other through crosstraining very much.

Ive been a Holosync user for about a year now and ive also experienced many rough times. B.Harris' program is set up so that you are never without the BEST explanation of what you may be experiencing using holosync and so I've always been confident that it's all part of the process. Was cool to hear your comments about Bill Harris and how you found him to be at the retreats. i also plan on attending a retreat one day.

I remember when I was like half down the program and I began to question if this was really worth the huge overwhelm I was going through, I only wish back then I would've searched for the tools I've encounter today, the great thing is today I get to share them, so YEAH!! Holosync SUCKS!!!!, hahaha but I coulnd't enjoy life so much without it, jeje.
