This is not the best mix of this song, yet it still demonstrates that the Pets can still bang out a brill dance/pop track with some bite. I really prefer the vid with the robots from Dr. Who, not just for the visual analogues and parallels to the song, but because the music is so haunting. Long live the Pet Shop Boys!

You can examine your own eye by looking in a mirror. Also you can study its anatomy and how its neurophysiology interconnects with the distributed brain system. It is my view that being able to understand even a limited amount of such things helps us to understand a facet of conscious experience. I am yet to be convinced that science cannot explain consciousness in the '3rd person' perspective, or rather as a function of the brain.

I don't believe science can undertand conscousness. I think it's like trying to see one's own eye. You can't see the unseeable. Likewise you can't know the unknowable. Science works through thought, observatioin and understanding. Universal consiousness involves no thought, so to try to understand it can only lead you nowhere.

Did not mean to offend you personally, I have them in my favorites because I need a good laugh once in a while. I did not say one religion is better than another. Nor that one form or psychotherapy is better than another. Just that most forms of psychotherapy are quackery. That's just my opinion; others no doubt disagree. Yes I offend an entire profession, and thats because said profession is not realistically ethically enforced, and thats from my first hand personal experience.

I personally believe that there are far too many people who get into the psych profession and many of the folks in it are in for the wrong reasons. I have know many therapists who have emotional and mental difficulties and their way of dealing with their psychological problems is to both study psychology and then take it further & start practicing on others with problems -- it's s form of therapy for them, to help others with psychological problems they they themselves have. I feel sorry for young people in expensive grad & PhD programs for psychotherapy. Trust me, it's a waste of money there are too many people getting into shrinkdom less and less people getting talking cure because of harmful corrupt psychotherapy profession, after going into 100 grand debt to get that degree you aint going to make much and will be paying on that loan until you retire. Therefore I know a little at least about his spirituality, because I see him to be quite different from other integral philosophers. I gotta read Aurobindo's books sometime, it would be iinteresting... I agree Aurobindo was wise beyond his time. Integral consciousness is actually about 100 years old, but the more fresher versions of it emerged 30 and 50 years ago, and I believe Aurobindo would or has contributed to and should even more, to what now is called integral ontology. It would be my sincere suggestion to read Parmahansa Yogananda's 'Autobiography of a Yogi'. A life-changing book, it builds the pillars of a spiritual life and is easy to understand. Yogananda wrote this book while living in the US. He is also the founder of the Self Realization Society based in California. If there was only one spiritual book I would read before I die, it would be this. Best wishes and happy journey to self discovery.

They unite matter and Spirit as nobody else before them did, and their marvelous lack of religious or mythical distortion is a huge benefit to students. This is why after pursuing Sri Aurobindo's writings a few years ago, I called out to the Universe and experienced my cosmic consciousness many times in the Art of Living courses run by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. How would you find the constant of integration if it were a definite integral??? (he said you coould in the video) I understood that the constant is unknown, an arbitrary value if you will. Also, this question is way too easy. Try finding the integral of (x^2)/{(3+4x-4x^2)^3/2} It took me 2 substutions and more than 20 lines of algebra....

por suerte yo me di cuenta de eso justo despues d comprarme mi casco modular, prestando especial atencion en que me cubriera la barbilla. Un amigo mio tiene una cicatriz en la barbilla y eso me conciencio a cambiar mi casco tipo jet por un modular d HJC. Gran cambio. Por suerte solo me parti una clavicula, pero cuando vi toda la visera totalmente rallada y recorde mi antiguo casco me puse a llorar. Es una cosa muy seria.

Que valga mas un casco que otro es por acabados, insonorizacion, interiores, pantalla etc...pero en cuanto a seguridad no es a mas pasta mas posibilidades de salvar la vida. V'sss

i spoke to edge before( i live in dublin) he said theyre goin to do 2 more albums then theyre finished. i think that would be a good thing though, they are at the top now, but if theyre still touring in ten years time how wud they sound then? as bad as the recent rolling stones tours i predict. im a huge fan of the band but they have been around for more then thirty years, they will become jaded eventually.
