Maybe you have strained it too much. Warming up too loud, or warming up on too high or too low notes too soon isn't good for the cords. One thing is for sure, if your voice is scratchy or if your throat hurts, you need to rest it ;) . Hope I helped xx

I must correct Jeremy. That sound is caused by by-pass valve located in between turbo and an engine. Wastegate is inside the turbo and opens in full throtle when the boost is reached and more created turbo pressure needs to be dumped in the exhaust, or in to the atmosfere. Bypass valve open when you letgo of throtle so backpressure in pipings wont damage the turbo wheel.

It's not possible being without fat. You would die. Totally dehydrated bodybuilders before the Competition have ca 4-5% fat. They haven't anymore fat under the skin only a little bit at the organs. That's not healthy any more. Bruce Lee died on it, because he had permanent only a little bit fat. For me: everything under 8% isn't healthy - that's my opinion. And you look good too with 8%.
