One USB port? I use one for my wireless mouse. That means if I used my mouse, I couldn't plug anything else in. My laptop has four. No SD card slot? "Oh, no worry, just plug a card reader into the ONE USB PORT and put the SD card in there." Sure. No CD/DVD drive? Oh right, use the one USB port to plug in a special DVD player. No port to plug in a Sprint/AT&T/etc. connect card? So much for using it for travel. Why does it have so many flaws?

Breaks easily? How did you get that. Anyway, if you are willing to give up a DVD drive, some usb ports and some money for some portability then get a MacBook Air. This is what I recommend Home Use: MacBook Portability/Business use: MacBook Air/MacBook Pro use: MacBook Pro

Keep in mind that MacBook Air does not have FireWire. So if you're planning to ingest video using FireWire and Final Cut Express, you'll not be able to use the MacBook Air for that. I think you would be better off with the new MacBook Pro. It has FireWire, faster CPU and a lot more HD space. It's also got an optical drive and easier to upgrade memory and HD.

Well this was my first meditation. Tho i never met my spiritual guide i was amazed. i was on the beach i could feel the sand under my feet so real. the waves crashing upon the shore so real the seagulls flocking the smells where so vivid. the wind blew my hair as i walked down the path towards the light but my guilde was never revealed. look foward to trying this again.. great video . kudos!

I totally agree to that. Religion is man made so there is no possibility any single religion is perfect. Somewhere along the line, everyone gets something wrong or misinterprets the truth. That's Bizarre. I used to meditate quite a lot, and I kept bumping into this small asian girl who made me feel content; I thought she was some kind of spirit guide, but I did this to be sure. The strange part is, when I meditated on my own, I always used to go to a beach, and that's where I'd met the asian girl origionally. Is there some psychological reason for why that's where your mind wanders when you try and relax?

Vry nice meditation;thanx While initially unsure as to whether I'd get any info, I totally did!! My Guide's name is: Avery. And, although her form was unclear to me, she was a luminous being--so bright, yet so warm. And, although I didn't hear her voice, I was given impressions of info that were completely clear, loving, insightful, & compassionate. The way I learned of her gender is that her energy was rather feminine, soft, and nurturing, while her 'light' had a rather svelte quality.

basskez..if you still need help just know that practicing slowing down your breathing will help slow down those racing thoughts. Let those thoughts come in and go out of your mind, don't try to analyze them. Always start by taking at least 3 deep and slow in and out breaths (that you can hear). This helps get you started & then you can slowing quietly breathe in and out. It can take much practice to get it right but it's well worth doing.

Yes, controlled breathing helps keep you relaxed. I,personally, use a 3 count breath with means I inhale for 3 seconds, hold for 3 seconds, breathe out 3 seconds hold for 3 seconds and repeat.

I can't wait to try this. I have windows mobile 6 ppc, and many people at the XDA-developer's forum have recommended Opera mini over Opera Mobile. I have always used Opera mobile, but from what I have read, opera mini will better enable multiple tab loading and faster renderings. when i'm using my phone for browsing, I am seeking data and info, not a rich-media experience. though i plan to d/l a youtube player for WM 6 which XDA developed. thanks Norway for great design and implementation!

A lot of people come across this problem in meditation. It's either because you try to put a stop to your mind too sudden or your body just need to release stress and tiredness accumulated from work and life. Try ease your mind into stillness slowly, like first placing attention on the body, and then sounds happening in the present, before actually putting awareness on the breath. If that doesn't work then maybe just sleep and give your body the rest it needed,after a while it would go away.
