a big thank you to brian, i had his psychology of achievement course some 14 years ago, it is as relevant today as it was then , i still listen to it , implement it, and gain from it, in all aspects of life, the most important thing i have heard and read, and remember, You are not what you think you are, but what you think , .......... you are ! priceless

A few years ago, I had never heard of Brian Tracy. Like many, I was a bit wary of success speakers. However, I checked out Brian's Goals! CD set from my library. And, you know what? It made sense. He was saying things that were sensible, but that no one had ever told me. I thought, "what do I have to lose?" and I did what he said. And, it worked. I achieved those goals. He just gave me a path to follow, the rest was up to me. It's worth listening to with an open mind. You may achieve your goals

I think most of his material is accurate. His audiotapes and books helped me so much that I would have paid ten times more than I did. If you start to read guys like Napoleon Hill, Steve Chandler, Susan Jeffers, etc. you will realize that they are saying exactly the same thing, even though they have different perspectives.

Just read over the comments, few things, Brian Tracy should be given some respect, his system for sucess isnt perfect but what is, he is highly focused on positive thinking cognitive therapy. It has been shown in countless systems for self help programs that positive disposition works highly well This last comment about it being a scam,all i have to say is; he is a man who teaches people how to become successful in businessmen like him. Hes just doing what we all are trying to do make money.

Who said anything about an mba? I said take responsibility for yourself and how you think. It is only advice not an order. It's your responsibility to choose to blame. I don't believe you can receive Tracy's message because you are still in a mode of blame. He teaches this is the first thing to get rid of on your ride to success. There is direct life changes when you do this, it's very hard to do and not many can get past this step one. Don't fear, just do it.

Your whole tone is "blame" and "irresponsibility" which his the root of negative thinking. From what I gather you have have a well of negative emotions and probably see the world outside as reasons for your failure; your parents, your school, your lack of education, your illiteracy. Break that pattern and you'll see life changes very quickly. That means take some responsibility for the way you see things and choose to confront your issues rather than push blame.
