I just began reading Dale Carnegie's "How to win friends and influence people" and I must say he's a very entertaining writer with lots of great stuff to say. His wife introduces the book saying he writes very much like he talks. Well, he's definitely a person I would very much like to meet in a distant eternity but until then, I recommend his book for any new prospective positive thinkers. I enjoyed the video, really soothing music. thanks!

Many of the the sins you mention do cause horrible damage - especially adultery. In case of money, the KJV bible says "root of all evil"...not just "most" evil. If you trace the cause of any sin, somewhere along you will find money as at least one key cause. It got demoted to "all kinds of evil" in NIV bible (which many Chrsitians consider corrupted) probably because it makes TV evangelists feel better about themselves when they ask you to "sow a seed" with a monetary contribution.

humpy68---You don't need to feel ashamed. Iam able bodied and I find myself guilty of feeling sorry for myself--that is something to be ashamed of, so don't be so hard on yourself. PRAISE GOD. He's already made the cut. Reminds me of my dad. He lost the use of his legs at the age of three & was sent home to die from infection by the age of ten. But he didn't. My brother and I would watch him scale ladders, light his torch, and start to weld. We watched him do things other able-bodied men COULDN'T do. People in churches would ask to lay hands on him. If you ask this kind of question, that means you still have not understand LoA yet. Take your time, don't worry. But I do think that you should go back to the fundamental: Abraham-Hicks' materials. They also offer great CD (not that expensive) for specific question you have. (Ha, this is not an ad.)

This is what causes me to have doubts about the loa.I come here thinking It will help to remove the doubts instead it just reinforces them.Why must every single person who is trying to spread the word of the loa and help us to live happy lives demand you buy their book?
