I do know what I'm talking about. I'e been to both campuses and have relatives that have gone to school at ND and BC. The only reason 55% percent of the accepted people go there is because its a legacy school and their parents went there. I'm sure BC is a backup college when it has a 27% acceptance rate. You guys got killed in this game and how about that national championship hockey game? So know what your talking about before you speak and who says wanabe? Then again your an ND fan.

students go to notre dame for an education that is unmatched throughout the country boston college is no where near the caliber of a catholic ivy. such as nd ..but rather just another northeastern college with high hopes of being viewed as important and great as THE notre dame hmm.. no one wants a boston college degree.. everyone wants a degree from the university of notre dame. im done wasting my time with trying to explain these things to people of a lower intelligence capability.

Nd gets less applications for a few reasons. 1. We dont use the common application 2. Notre Dame has no competition. What I mean by this is that most often it is an applicants #1 choice. While BC on the other hand is everyones "backup college" in that it is few peoples #1 choice school. Look at each schools yield rate. Approximately 55% of the students who are accepted to ND end up enrolling there. BC's yield rate is far less around 30%. So know what your talking about before you speak wanabe

The ND kid was a total nerd did you see him smile for like a minute when they showed them on the screen at the beginning? How is BC a backup college when ND gets about half the applications BC does? I went to the game this year and South Bend is a total joke. There is absolutely nothing to do. BC won as you know so all the trash talking that nerd did was good for nothing. Have some class too, you didn't have to bring the tee-shirt along with you and BC gets more apps as I said. What a queer.

As a BC fan I respect ND as a university as a whole, but this student is a poor representation of ND. Also it should be interesting as ND got a top rated class, while BC will have a top 5 front seven next year. I think BC pulls out, but good luck to both
