flailing your arms has nothing to do With How good you are. I am a drum teacher, and.. Actually he's doing something that resembles a Mollar stroke. which is a technique used for traditional snare drummers to get more power and project the sounds of the snare and cymabls more. Thus, your an idiot.

I hate to break it to you brakatt, but he's not that good. Sure he made a remake of soujaboy but when he flails his arms (watch his videos, he does) it proves that there is too much time in between the drum hits. Watch Buddy Rich's trick stick solo. When you do, ask yourself if he had time to make crazy arm flailing. And don't say, he's better than me cuz he's a pro so he should be better

travis barker is a good rock drummer, he should stick to that. He can't see ?uestlove when it comes to hip hop drumming that's why if a hip hop artist needs any beats they go to ?uestlove not travis.

Travis can play anything as long as it's spelled... P...U...N...K... nah seriously, he's really good at what he does, but playing anything else he looks a bit like the muppet's drummer, all awkward movements and no dynamics. Don't get me wrong amazing at what he does, but that's what he does.

Word up gojaysgorush, Barker is a good solid drummer but I've never seen him do anything super technical that made me go wow. Definitely nothing that would put him up there with the gretest drummers of all time. I see much more technical stuff than Travis' on drumming dvd's. That being said, he's a good drummer just not amazing like a lot of people say.
