Making anxiety your friend instead of foe is step five. This step lets you pin point what your anxieties are and deal with them head on. Therefore, letting your anxieties disappear while developing self esteem and bettering you.

Step six is working on your personal growth, which goes hand in hand with getting rid of anxieties that hold you back from doing what you want. Developing self esteem through personal growth will help you overcome your fears of life and will make you a better person without all of life’s anxieties. Steps seven and eight also go hand in hand with each other. Step seven is to take risks and step eight make mistakes.

Taking risks help in developing self esteem by building your confidence. Therefore you will be a more confident person in everything you do.

However, mistakes happen, step eight. Take advantage of these mistakes and learn from them. By figuring out what went wrong gives you the opportunity to figure what risks may turn into a success.

With these eight small steps you have the opportunity to develop a better self esteem for yourself, which is a problem for a lot of people throughout their entire life.
